The issue was resolved promptly, and the schedule was even adjusted to accommodate the earlier date due to the inconvenience caused by the lack of hot water. Excellent customer service, highly recommended. 👌

Having endured lukewarm baths for months we were recommended HIU Plumbing. I just wish we'd got them out to fix the hot water sooner! Most plumbers don't properly understand the HIU setup in new build flats, but the heating engineer who attended knew exactly what to do and is clearly a real expert. He not only fixed the water temperature issue, but improved the water pressure a lot as well. Great customer service throughout, and will not hesitate to use them again.

After having some issues with my hot water recently that other plumbers didn't fully diagnose, the HIU Service & Repairs team were quick to book me in for an appointment, diagnose the issue and then order in the necessary parts to repair the issue. Great customer service and friendly team, would definitely recommend.

We had a kitchen sink leak and Chris from HIU plumbing repairs attended to the issue. I would definitely recommend him - fast, efficient and clean service, extremely polite and friendly! He also followed-up a few days later to check that everything was OK. Very grateful!
