I have never seen someone so thorough when it comes to carrying out a service on my boiler he carried out checks other engineers have never done. Other engineers always seem to be in a rush to get out, good time keeping and communication he made sure he new what boiler I had before his visit, I will be asking for the same engineer on my next service.

Having never used them before I was initially extremely cautious, however when Neale turned up he made me feel very comfortable and ended doing a very competent job at an affordable cost, so no issues recommending him and keeping his details for the future. Mark
