James and his team fitted a new bathroom and toilet for us. We are delighted with the finished result. They were professional, very skilled, punctual and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. As it would happen my boiler died over the New Year. I was recommended Star Boilers and am very happy. They asked me to email photos and then I spoke to them over the phone and gave me 3 options with different prices. I phoned them for advice and James recommended the cheapest option (WOT). They asked if I wanted a normal thermostat or a Hive one They turned up when they did and the offfice let us know the ETA. Unlike other tradesman they got on with it and it was done in a day they took all the rubbish and hovered up. They went thru the instructions Very happ
