Mr Pacey was absolutely amazing and eventually got my heating working again. He was so patient and kind and I would thoroughly recommend him. His work is impeccable.

Howard is an extremely professional engineer. I was so impressed with his ability investigate the electrical issue we had with our boiler and resolve the problem. He came highly recommended by an experienced electrician I know. It’s always a gamble asking someone you don’t know to come and fix things, but I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone I know. My mother and father in law, who kindly let him in were equally impressed with Howard. He definitely helps give heating engineers a good reputation.

Howard Facey has been looking after the plumbing/heating boilers at our property in SW8 for over 5 years. Long story short: he is bloody good! Reliable, professional and reasonably priced, he knows his stuff and handles all the normal jobs but also sticks with it with weirder problems (spent ages tracing a persistent but difficult to identify leak in kitchen floor). Highly recommended!

Very good service.. Howard is very professional and takes pride in completing the work properly. He explained everything as he went so we understood the problem. He did a full service for us and cleaned the combi boiler which was badly blocked. Left our place clean and tidy and everything working well. We are very pleased and think he did a great job for us. I would not hesitate to recommend.
