I have used JT plumbing and heating on 4 separate occasions now and will always call them first. Every occasion has been impressive. They know their stuff and I trust them not to gouge me. What more could you want? On the most recent occasion Billy was on site within an hour, did his best to resolve a tough blockage (which I knew might be the case) but he recommended a specialist drain rodding company and then didn’t even charge for the time spent. I would have been happy to pay, but this is service at its best.

Richard visited my mothers today too replace very old bathroom mixer taps , After establishing it was impossible without replacing the bath which my mother did not want Richard did a fantastic job repairing the existing taps. I found Richard to be very professional, honest and showed a lot of care and concern for mum’s safety within the bathroom . I have worked with Richard and the team at Response Plumbing for many years on a number of small things. The time came for two new bathrooms at once and Richard delivered a high quality product in both. There were a few issues that Richard rectified and his attention to detail and refusal to accept lower quality made us very confident and secure in his ablity. A real old school shop, sadly not many shops / services share these traditional values / services these days. Prices are great compared to the larger stores. I've been using this plumbers merchants for over 10 years they have always helped sort issues...all staff very experienced and happy to share their knowledge.

Excellent and professional services provided by Sines when we had an emergency when our boiler broke beyond repair. Customer service provided a swift and sympathetic response. Steve and Ben worked hard and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Reasonable priced new boiler and would highly recommend.

When our boiler failed, Sines went out of their way to ensure we were up and running again as quickly as possible. Sarah in the office did a great job getting the appointments organised and keeping us well informed. Steve and the team were so professional and efficient, installing the new boiler and dealing with other issues with the existing setup that became apparent during the course of the work. It was all completed within the day, they were clean and tidy and carefully explained what they had done and how it all worked. Sines went above and beyond, and the workmanship was excellent. I called out Metroplumb for an emergency for a burst Hot Water Cylinder, It was a terrible leak through the ceiling! Tom, the plumber from Alexander Plumbing Limited did a fantastic job installing my new toilet. He worked very hard, was so polite, was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. He communicated well with me. He found a very good way of overcoming a problem which the new toilet had with existing water pipe work. My new toilet works very well after the installation. I used Paton of Walton to supply the bathroom products for the refurbishment of my bathroom. Steve was extremely helpful. He suggested products to fit my small bathroom that were within the budget I had to spend. Once ordered, everything was kept at their warehouse until I needed it and it was delivered to my home at short notice when required. A friendly efficient local service. I would definitely recommend.

All staff extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and happy to spend time with us in showroom. I have advised numerous friends and family to come here when refitting their bathrooms. They went above and beyond with us and the result was a fantastic, solid, durable, beautifully finished bathroom. There was absolutely no hard-selling, just factual and sound advice relating to quality/finish/durability. Quotes were sent out and amended numerous times quickly. A joy to deal with on repeat visits.

Really impressed with the service from initial planning through to final installation of our renovated family bathroom. The team at Paton's (and Dom in particular) were incredibly helpful and patient with our requirements, even when we made late changes to our order. Communication with the team was great and items for most part delivered very promptly. We had an issue with one element being delayed and a suitable alternative was quickly suggested. I am so grateful to the team at Elmbridge Heating and Plumbing for their quick, efficient and friendly service when I was left without heating or hot water when my boiler broke down a few days pre Christmas. Their initial response was very fast and the price given for replacement was very fair. The two plumbers who carried out the work both went out of their way (and I think worked beyond their usual hours!) to get the whole system serviced and a new boiler up and running within a day and a half. I was really impressed with Elmbridge Heating and Plumbing. Used them because previous owner had for installing boiler, which was leaking, and warranty was with them. So glad I did! They came and diagnosed problem quickly, explored all the options to resolve, and did a fabulous job with the fix agreed. Boiler was working great, was actually a piping issue in building. I had quite a back and forth with the managing agent of the property, to agree fix. The Elmbridge Heating and Plumbing were helpful and supportive, involved in that back and forth. Its great to be warm again at last, in this cold weather. I'd call the team again, if and when future plumbing issues, and recommend to others.

We've had problems with our heating foe over a year with multiple plumbers coming out and proposing fixes that were not successful for very long. However, elmbridge were able to come out access the problem, talk us through the problem and solution. We've finally got reliable heating. Great workmanship, tidy, reliable and honest.
