I was introduced to Mike by a friend when I was having boiler trouble (it was 20 years old). He quickly diagnosed the issues and got the boiler going. We had several discussions about replacing the boiler and Mike gained my confidence in his technical knowledge, practicality and prompt responses. Mike replaced the boiler and hot water cylinder earlier this month. He is a tidy worker and attends when he says he will. We now have an Intergas boiler and a much better system overall. Not the cheapest but suits our needs extremely well. I have no doubt that I will use Mike again and recommend him unreservedly.

Mike is a very approachable and a knowledgeable guy. He has done various jobs for me in different properties and I have always been extremely pleased with the result. We have just had our kitchen completely refurbished by Maintaining London & Surrey and we couldn't be happier with the job they have done. Brad and his team did a fantastic job and I couldn’t be happier with how the house looks now! As I wasn’t at the property he kept me updated with daily photos which was much appreciated and he was always available to chat when I had questions. Brad and Lee were amazing. The wallpaper we chose was wild and I am sure not an easy job but it has been done with such attention to detail as was the paint work of the dark paint and white ceiling. I have used Brad for quite a few things and he is a perfectionist! He always goes the extra mile and I would highly recommend him for any handyman, decorating or just about anything else he turns his hand to.

The team have done many jobs over the last 18 months in both my home and my parents new flat. Brad is courteous, timely and very professional. For each work item we had, he helped us find the best approach, rather than one with all the bells and whistles so it was great in keeping the costs of jobs under control. Jobs he did for us included painting and decorating, filling is large cracks in walls, fixing plumbing leaks and fixing part of our roof. Fitted a new boiler for me in quick time, just as a cold spell hit. The engineer was excellent and because of where the boiler was being fitted hardly seen. Separately another man turned up to brick up the hole on the outside wall, and then the day after that the old boiler was removed. Couldn't fault the job.

I am just moving to the area so don't know any local people or companies yet. After a gas engineer from another company had to cancel on me last minute, I called WTS in a bit of a panic and they were able to send me someone that same day, and at a reasonable price. Carl was professional and polite, and he showed up exactly on time. With pandemic measures in place (mask, gloves etc.) he still managed to be friendly as well as safe! One thing I would say is that there seems to be a problem with their phone system, in that the call was never able to connect when I was ringing them (not my phone, as I tested it with other numbers and it was working fine). But WTS were quick to ring me back and that connection always worked. Thank you for helping me out at the last minute. I will absolutely be calling WTS if I need their services again!

Fantastic and professional plumber came and resolved a number of problems for us, some we didn't even know about! He diagnosed the problem knowing the water system of a house in detail and how everything is connected, this meant he could show us how a problem in the kitchen was related to a problem in the loft! Went and got all the parts then came straight back and fixed it! Saved us a lot of stress and potential worse problems further down the line! Many thanks! Richard visited my mothers today too replace very old bathroom mixer taps , After establishing it was impossible without replacing the bath which my mother did not want Richard did a fantastic job repairing the existing taps. I have used JT plumbing and heating on 4 separate occasions now and will always call them first. Every occasion has been impressive. They know their stuff and I trust them not to gouge me. What more could you want? On the most recent occasion Billy was on site within an hour, did his best to resolve a tough blockage (which I knew might be the case) but he recommended a specialist drain rodding company and then didn’t even charge for the time spent. I would have been happy to pay, but this is service at its best.

Michael replaced our boiler and all radiators and installed a hive control system. Very knowledgeable about boiler types and best solution for us. The installation was done quickly and very neatly, cleared the mess up as he went. Price was very good. Very professional service on top of that -Michael is calm and unflappable. Michael was recommended to us by two different friends and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I cannot recommend Michael highly enough for the great job he did. He replaced our boiler and installed a new heating system in our house due to a renovation. I’m really pleased to have found Michael to fix my boiler. I had called someone else a few months prior who didn’t even come to see the problem (at that point the issue was only that it was not heating water very well) and offered me a no guarantee repair for £800 (he just presumed it was the heat exchanger) or £3000 for a new boiler. I decided to make do for a while with only slightly warm water. Once it started leaking too, I thought I’d give it one more go at repair before succumbing to a new boiler. Michael came to see the leak on the same day I called, quickly diagnosed what the problem was and got to work finding the part (it is a very old and uncommon boiler so not easy!). He had the part within a few days and came to fix it. The boiler gave him quite a few challenges since it was on its last legs but he stuck to his quote and even checked a couple of other things I’d asked about (radiator fluids and broken drain valve). Michael then turned his attention to the original hot water issue, found the issue, ordered the part (not the heat exchanger!!!) and got it fixed. Being my old cranky boiler, this also gave him some issues but he expertly worked his way through them (again for the quoted price) and now I have super hot water and no leaks for a fraction of the price of a new boiler. Michael is polite and friendly and very reasonably priced. He was punctual and kept me up to date with progress all the way through. My ancient boiler has a new lease of life and if I do have to replace it at some point in the future, I know who to ask.

MP Plumbing and Heating have now done 2 Major Jobs for us. Michael has fitted us a brand new bathroom and doing so came with a variety of complications that he and his team solved with the upmost professionalism. The Bathroom looks stunning and we couldnt be more pleased with it. The second job was a gas leak in our Kitchen which Michael came out to us to find. After replacing a valve and some corroded pipework we are now gas leak free. Without Michael we would have been facing Christmas without heating and a working hob, he stayed until the leak was found and the pipwork repaired. It is so hard to find trustworthy tradespeople that have the knowledge and skills to do a great Job, we are so pleased to have found Michael at MP Plumbing & Heating and we would recommend him to Everyone

The team here are amazing, polite and knowledgable ! I bought 3 Crosswater bathrooms - if you have seen the CW awful reviews you can imagine how off track our project could have gone. If it wasn’t for Lee @ Excel Plumbing liaising with Crosswater our project would have been a disaster! We have 2 1/2 beautiful new bathrooms and it has gone relatively smoothly down to Lee ! We had water hammer issue when we used washing machine. Sebatian came to fit a water hammer arrester today. No more banging sound in the pipes after that. And the charge is reasonable. Sebastian is cheery, polite and professional. Pristine Plumbing is my neighbour's go to plumber. It may be my go to from now.

Derek came to do our annual central heating service, to fit a new magnetic filter and fix an overflowing toilet cistern. He completed all these tasks efficiently and tidily and also fitted a new valve as part of fixing the water heating control. He has also been very helpful to me in deciding the best way forward for upgrading the water heating control. This is the 3rd year Pristine have completed our heating and plumbing requirements. I can't fault any of his work, he is always friendly and helpful, and I would happily recommend Pristine to anyone else.
