I'm very happy with the service I received from Steve at High Heat; he was helpful from the first phone call, advised on all the options for our replacement boiler, and moved things around to fit us in before Christmas. The work was done in one day, and he left the place clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend him!

He is very professional, polite, friendly and explained and showed us what had caused the problem and replaced the broken part. We experienced excellent customer service, great and clear communications, and a prompt reply to our enquiry. We were given a date and time that suited us. Steve, the attending engineer was polite, professional and very tidy. After the swift installation, everything was explained in plain terms, and we were very happy with his work.
