We were in danger of having to do the washing up in the bathtub but were spared the indignity, and inconvenience, as your operative was able to fit us in as an urgent case on the same day. He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and quick to spot and solve the problem. All fixed with the minimum of fuss and mess.

Shane came to install our Hive system. We were given a time slot when he would be here and he arrived at the start of the time frame. He set to work but the unit i bought was the wrong one. He helped me locate the right one and waited while I got the right part and then got it all fitted in record time.

Since moving into the area we've used BolierPRO to service our boiler and fix a leaky rad valve. Paul was the engineer who came to fix the valve.
