Outstanding plumbing store. I use the store regularly and they consistently have everything I require. The staff are knowledgeable, polite, genuine and always seem to go out of their way to help. I once required an obscure spare part and they had it in-stock the following day for collection and they continuously updated me until it arrived. The staff really helpful here. Used Plumbwells back in May and keep forgetting to leave a review. Couldn’t recommend them any more! Received a load of brochures from my bathroom fitter from them, chose most of what I wanted and ordered direct so easily via WhatsApp and received 1/3 discount off brochure price so was chuffed. Al especially is super helpful with any questions and recommendations and also sourcing things from links I found online. As a woman (using husband account) I thought I’d be intimidated using a small merchant but I’d never go back to a big one again!
