Dipesh is very friendly, professional and flexible. I got a water leak from my kitchen ceiling and Dipesh was able to trace down the leak to the bathroom's underfloor pipe up stair within an hour. He also managed to fix it quickly and explained to me the step-by-step during his work. I would definitely use his service again for any plumbing work in my house in future.

I used Plumber Dipesh to change my cylinder due to rusty hot water. Since the job completed, I've had no more issues with hot water. Our kitchen tap had completely ceased. I rang early in the morning and Ross was great said to let him know when we had the tap and he would come straight away, He confirmed the brand I was thinking of buying was a reliable one. When I received it that evening, I let him know, and he promised to arrive between 4 and 5 the next day. He arrived at 4 with a colleague and was finished within the hour. His charge was reasonable! I would recommend him with confidence - he was great!

Ross and Kieran have been servicing my gas boiler and doing small plumbing jobs for a few years and have always been prompt, tidy and professional. This year they replaced some radiators with which I was very happy, so when I wanted my bathroom replaced they were my first choice. The work was done whilst I was on holiday and Ross kept me updated so I was confident through out that the result would be exactly what I wanted and that my home security was in good hands too. James was really helpful when I was trying to find replacement cartridges for my kitchen mixer and the plumbers’ merchant we were both using were struggling to help. He lent me two sets of his own to try, asking only that I return those that didn’t fit and leave a bit of cash for him to cover the cost of those that fitted. Absolutely brilliant, thanks ever so much for your help! I called Khalid about a leaking copper pipe in our kitchen, he was round at our house in an hour and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. As well as the great service, he is a really nice guy and did the work for a very reasonable cost.

Alex and his apprentice Joe did a service on my boiler, which was the 3rd I've used them for. I left them to it and got back to work, but it was great to hear Alex teaching Joe and asking him questions and also Joe asking questions of various scenarios to Alex. The follow up from Kerry the same day with the paperwork was very professional, as had all communication about making the appointment.

Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills. Fantastic plumber, highly recommended! Niall made the whole process very easy. I first explained the problem, Niall requested a few pictures of the hot water tank to help with the diagnosis and before he even came round had a good idea what could be the problem. Quoted me a very reasonable price if the problem turned out to be what he thought. Niall was prompt turning up and had problem fixed in 10 minutes, but then spent the next 15 minutes showing me how I can fix this problem if it happens again, checking all my radiators and my boiler. Will always use Niall from now on if I need a plumber.
