I was impressed with James' professional attitude to quoting so took a risk in hiring him as it was a very large job not to have a personal recommendation. But I am delighted I did! Excellent service. James installed a new thermostat then came and unblocked a kitchen drain in our new flat. Great communication very highly recommended for any heating/plumbing issues.

James came to do a boiler service and fix the toilet. After two other plumbers who thought the problem with the toilet was limescale, James just came in and knew what the problem was straight away! Excellent service, friendly and efficient. He went the extra mile with the toilet as the bolts for the toilet were not easy to reach! Would highly recommend James and will be using his services in the future.
