Dave is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable! He regularly services our boiler and understands quickly why something stops working properly. My elderly mum also uses him and agrees he is a pleasure to speak to and have in her home. Definitely someone you could also call in an emergency. Highly recommended.

Cannot recommend Khalid enough. I needed an emergency plumber on a Sunday evening and he was with me within 10 minutes. Very professional and very reasonable cost wise. He fixed the problem straight away and is very friendly. Will be using him for all my plumbing needs in future

Niall came out today and replaced our leaking tap. He was amazing and so helpful as well as replacing our tap he took the time to look at another issue and fixed it as well and he explained everything so simply. We will definitely be using him again. Thankyou so much

Niall came highly recommended, from start to finish he was polite and professional. He kept in regular contact in regards to appointment times and even called on the day to let us know he was on his way. On the day itself Niall turned up and was able to diagnose the problem but didn't just leave, he waited to ensure everything was working correctly and explained everything to us and recommended some improvements. He followed up the next days to make sure everything was ok. We were extremely satisfied with the service and would defiantly use Niall again and would recommend him to anyone who was in need of a plumber

Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills. Nick recently fitted my new boiler, radiators, bathroom suite and also laid new solid wooden flooring. Nick is a swiss army knife - he's an excellent plumber, a master carpenter (He has a real eye for the small details) and a really nice bloke. He really knows his stuff and not only thinks about what he's doing on the job in hand but also the future consequences of any decisions that are being made. He discusses and explains options clearly to agree what needs to be done next together. What I was quoted was exactly what I paid and the work was done in the time agreed. If I was pushed to find a fault I'd say he's busy (Because he's good!) so can be hard to initially lock down for bigger jobs. Once the work is locked in tho - you'll be in very safe hands! I wouldn't hesitate recommending Nick to anyone that's looking for high quality work and fair / reasonable prices. 100% worth waiting an extra week or two.

I needed an emergency plumber at a rented property recently on a Saturday night about 8pm. There was a leak from the main stopcock in the house. I googled emergency plumber near me, Merrow and to my rescue came Harry from Surrey Plumbing Ltd. He said he would be with me within 10 minutes and he was. Harry fixed the problem within 30 minutes, he was polite, professional just excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending Harry. Fantastic Service, if I could give 6 stars I would. Used Surrey Plumbing Ltd for an emergency call out at 8pm when I had a sudden major water leak through my ceiling. Harry was here in minutes and diagnosed the issue literally in about 2 minutes. He knew exactly what caused the leak (my power shower), got it isolated quickly, explained what caused it and what needed to be done. The team returned the next day to fit a brand new power shower.
