James was really helpful when I was trying to find replacement cartridges for my kitchen mixer and the plumbers’ merchant we were both using were struggling to help. He lent me two sets of his own to try, asking only that I return those that didn’t fit and leave a bit of cash for him to cover the cost of those that fitted. This was all based on trust: you don’t often come across that these days! Thank you, James!

James, was amazing. Spoke to my wife and talked about what he thought the price would be. Managed to fit us in, in what must be the busiest time of year for boiler engineers. Fitted an additional part at no extra charge. Even wore little blue plastic socks to cover his shoes. Highly recommend, will use again. James, Hope your wife gives you a lot of sympathy for your poorly finger 😁

James very kindly came out to our house tonight to fix a leak that was coming through the light in my bathroom. From the moment he got here he was very efficient, friendly and polite. I was amazed at how quickly he was able to diagnose and solve the issue! I would highly recommend👍

Vas is absolutely fabulous. He has fixed plumbing problems for me that 5 other companies haven't been able to fix. Always knows what to do, always has the perfect solution. Extremely customer oriented, nothing is too much trouble, super responsive. Highly highly recommend for any and all plumbing needs!!

Vas is a first-class plumber and very good value. I've known and used many plumbers over many years and have never found one as good as Vas. And not expensive either....he charges a reasonable price for an excellent service. He arrives on time...or before time, is clean, considerate, efficient, and solves all your plumbing problems without fail. I've used him several times and hope he's around for a long time.

I have used ABW Heating in Cobham several times. The parking is easy and the shop is easy to find. I have been served by David on all occasions. It would be an understatement to say that he is helpful! David will offer sensible advice and put zero pressure on the customer to purchase items from ABW. I have bought several items which have fixed numerous issues with my boiler. The personal service, great friendly advice and decent stock of spares make ABW an absolute must to visit. I totally recommend ABW as a 5 star business.

Not only was he incredibly tidy (you wouldn’t have known he’d been apart from the pipe being fixed!), but he was also genuinely funny, making what could have been a stressful situation much more enjoyable. It’s not often you find a tradesperson who is both highly skilled and a pleasure to have around. Jake is extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain exactly what the issue is and what the solution options are, whether the job is big or small, an emergency or a routine repair. Excellent and professional service. We can't thank Dennis at Pipe Dreams enough for the excellent service and customer care we have received. Dennis was quick to respond and was very reliable, efficient and helpful. We had a new boiler and radiators fitted at a extremely reasonable price. I would highly recommend Dennis. Super service from start to finish. Dennis identified and resolved our ongoing underfloor heating issues within 30minutes. There was no call out charge or other silly fees. He charged us for 30 minutes labour despite being at the property for over an hour. Will be using for our regular services going forward. Brilliant!
