When we had an issue with our plumbing, we called out Callum to see if he could identify the issue and sort it out for us. There were a few things that stood out with his work and service. Firstly, the attention to detail – everything was wiped clean, lined up, left as he found it (probably even a little better). Secondly, that attention to detail meant that he didn’t try to solve the problem the quick way – he solved it the right way, even though this meant far more work on his part. He explained what he was doing at every stage and it was clear that he took a great deal of pride in doing an excellent job. With something that is so vital to your home as your water and heating, it’s the small details, the small things that matter. Having watched him work, I would have no hesitation in using Callum for further work, big and small.
