Replaced our boiler during lockdown in April 2020. They did a quick and efficient service.
They also fitted a couple of compression valves and tails and plumbed in a bathroom vanity unit for me. For a very reasonable price.

I recently had a problem with my shower unit. I called British Gas as I had a maintenance service with them. They eventually called and seemed perplexed by the water pressure coming out of the shower head. They eventually determined the problem was water pressure coming into the house. I contacted Robert for a second opinion and he called. He diagnosed shower head clogged up. Replaced head and all sorted at a great price.
