Team removed the old cylinder from the loft and the cupboard then installed a new one, including supply a new 22m pipe from kitchen to cupboard. They did a really good work, all pipes are covered, hot water temprature and pressure is amazing now. Works took one and half day and at the end they all cleaned up. I can absolutely recommend their service.
Highly recommend - Adam and the team are an absolute pleasure to deal with, always on time, and very reasonably priced. Have been fortunate to have Surtees work on a number of jobs in the last 2 years, both large and small and the results are always of the highest quality.
Another boiler service by Surtees Plumbing, prompt service, very polite and patient with the questions from the children. Diagnosed a problem and agreed the solution. Will definitely be using them again.
Great Service came out extremely quickly to fix a leaking Radiator elbow joint. Absolutely no mess, very friendly would defiantly use Surtees again.
First time using this company for a boiler service, had a very positive experience. Engineer was polite and friendly, diagnosed an on-going issue with the boiler, then arranged to collect and fit a new part the same day. Will definitely use again.
