A couple of week's ago, I had a problem with my central heating system and not much heat coming through the radiators. Ben came at a convenient time and fixed the problem explaining everything. He also balanced the radiators and now the whole house is warm and toastie. Ben has looked after my plumbing needs for almost 20 years. Last week I asked him to replace the taps in my downstairs toilet to the latest quarter turn valves.
