Without doubt Tom and Alex from HeatXpert pulled out all the stops to get us a new condenser pump. Giving me and my family precious hot water and Central heating for the whole of the house. Absolute first class service excellent communication turn up when they say they will I would highly recommend these lads to everyone who needs Central heating appliances installed. 10 out of 10 Simply the best. HeatXpert fitted our boiler last year and did a fantastic job and I subsequently recommended them to my son who also had a boiler installed in his house by Tom and his team. A few days ago a leak developed in our hearing system (not connected with the boiler installation), and HeatXpert reacted very swiftly and competently repaired the pipe with minimum of fuss and disruption. I would unreservedly recommend HeatXpert if you need a professional job at a reasonable cost and would have no hesitation in using their services again.

From a basic plumbing request came the question do you do bathrooms. Fortunately the answer was yes and what a fantastic job they have done. Absolutely amazing final solution with great subcontractors for the plastering and tiling. Products supplied by Easy Bathrooms. Highly recommended.

Really happy with the timely response to our request to look at our washing machine as he was out the next day. Whilst here he also identified a leak in a valve for our water tank that we had no idea about. He quickly popped out to get the parts needed to fix it and fitted them straight away. Needed all the radiators changed in my house and have received great service. Lewis did such a great job, going above and beyond to get them all fixed and helped in getting them up and running. It was not an easy job as he had to deal with very old plumbing that needed readjustment in every corner and can not give enough credit on the amount of time he took to make sure everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

Francesco was polite and honest from the beginning, I called for a service on My old Potterton boiler unfortunately the flue was damaged therefore it was dangerous. We used Mark Smith Plumbing last year to install our new boiler so we asked them to replace 2 leaking syphon valves in 2 toilets. Despite some difficulties in obtaining the correct parts and the job expanding into a bigger one, we were very pleased with the final result and the final invoice was very acceptable.

We were very pleased with the work (new bathroom) that Mark Smith did for us. Their advice with design and choice of materials was really helpful. The office staff made themselves available whenever we needed information and responded promptly to our questions. The quotation was clearly set out and reasonable. The tradesmen who worked on the project were thorough, careful and clearly very skilled. They kept us up to speed with what they were doing and were very considerate when it came to the inconveniences of having to turn off the water supply! They were punctual throughout and completed the work in the promised two and a half weeks. Overall, we'd have no reservations in recommending them.

Niall and his team completely re-furbished and re-modelled our kitchen. Original quote was adjusted by us on a number of occasions however Niall was really helpful in ensuring we had everything we wanted in our new kitchen. All work agreed beforehand and invoice at the end was as expected. The lads worked incredibly hard, very polite and really tidy. The work they have done was excellent and i would highly recommend them for new kitchens

Have to shout out the whole team, Ross, Ollie, Ty, Nat and Dan who supplied, installed, amended piping on all radiators including disposable of old ones in my home. Not only did Ross provide a competitive quote promptly after Nat had measured up whilst they were fixing my shower, but they were able to book me in within 3 weeks of me accepting originally offered end of Feb and told it could be all done in 1 day! Other quotes were offering dates in July!! Which I really appreciate due to having recently had a baby. All the team arrived promptly after a text message was sent to say how far away they were and started working asap. I left them in my home for the day whilst I was out (don’t worry left them mugs, biscuits, tea and coffee) due to have a little baby. Ross communicated throughout the day with a minor change and let me know when they were done. Came back 7 hours later and it was like we never had workmen step into the house, they left it completely spotless probably cleaner than went they arrived. Showed me all the work they had done, how to use the new radiators, set my boiler and thermostat properly. I only have positive things to say about the services provided by all the team. Extremely efficient. I would 100% be recommending them to everyone and anyone who asks. Word of mouth works as they were commended to me by a friend! Will be booking them in for Hive and a brand new bathroom in the future!

Niall Catlin and his team have been providing an excellent service for the last 19 years. They have fixed problems, installed new bathrooms, new boilers, new taps in three houses since we moved to Basingstoke. Since my elderly parents moved to Basingstoke they have installed a new central heating system, new bathroom and a new shower. The respectful way they have helped my parents at short notice with their polite and helpful manner has been absolutely brilliant. They always turn up when they say they will, always courteous and tidy. Cannot recommend highly enough.
