Had an issue with hot water and other fault codes popping in as well. So i call for the service about late afternoon and he came straight away in the same day which i did not expect.He came in diagnosed and spot on the problem. Ordered the parts on same day and placed it in day after which is very efficient and efficient with reasonable price. Really happy with our new boiler system Tom and the team at heatXpert installed. Great service from start to finish. The guys worked really hard to get the job done in a timely fashion and followed up after the job was done. Would be happy to recommend them in the future.

HeatXpert fitted our boiler last year and did a fantastic job and I subsequently recommended them to my son who also had a boiler installed in his house by Tom and his team. A few days ago a leak developed in our hearing system (not connected with the boiler installation), and HeatXpert reacted very swiftly and competently repaired the pipe with minimum of fuss and disruption. I would unreservedly recommend HeatXpert if you need a professional job at a reasonable cost and would have no hesitation in using their services again.

Needed all the radiators changed in my house and have received great service. Lewis did such a great job, going above and beyond to get them all fixed and helped in getting them up and running. It was not an easy job as he had to deal with very old plumbing that needed readjustment in every corner and can not give enough credit on the amount of time he took to make sure everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

Job was to replace a power shower. Turned up on agreed date, job completed without any issues. Cost may be higher than a few other quotes I had but I am happy to pay a fair price when service and quality of work is what I expected. I'd be more than happy to recommend

Really happy with the timely response to our request to look at our washing machine as he was out the next day. Team was hired for a complete kitchen renovation. New flooring, wall tiles and a Wren supplied kitchen including appliances were installed. My new kitchen is beautiful. They obviously take pride in their work and they left the place spotless.

We had to replace the electric boiler tank in our apartment due to a leak in the tank. The issue was diagnosed early on and new boiler installed Within a day. Although access was limited due to the boiler installed in a confined space in the ceiling , the old boiler was carefully removed and new one placed with neat pipework. Had a leaking pipe (from the sink to Washing Machine), had been advised it could be just a washer, but didn't have a clue more than that. Overton Bathroom Centre provided a washer after showing a pic on my phone and explained what probably needed doing was able to disconnect the hose and replace the washer. Leak sorted.

Clive from Job Done services came to sort out hot water at our rented home on new year's eve when almost nobody else was working (tried calling about 30-odd other people on CheckATrade). Great service overall. Gave me a 1-hour time slot. Arrived earlier than stated time, but texted to let me know he was free earlier than expected. On arrival, got right to work quite literally. Popped out to get new parts, and eventually sorted out the job in just under 2 hours. There were some other issues which Clive gave some advice on to try and get fixed through letting agent. Overall happy and would recommend.
