Mark has been servicing our boiler for many years, and he's always been first rate. He's friendly, trustworthy and does an excellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He's also taken on other plumbing and maintenance jobs for us, which were all carried out to a very high standard.

Having used this company several times for boiler services, gas installations and plumbing repairs I had occasion today to call Mark for an urgent leak situation. Mark calmly and efficiently advised me how to manage the situation to prevent further damage while he was on the way to come and fix the problem. Mark came and resolved a problem with my boiler within 2 days of my email query. He set a great example of good service - very friendly, professional and confident. He got on with the job, resolved our problem, also advised us of improvements to our boiler and fitted it without trying to upsell or anything like that.
