Ian came over to quote, advised on works required, fitted 2 kitchen taps (one in particular had previously been fitted in a very unusual way and difficult to replace), fixed leaking radiator valve, cleared filter for shower which increased pressure, and fixed troublesome leaking stopcock before he left. He’s a polite and helpful professional and had our best interests in mind when advising on further potential works that we might want to consider in the future (our house is a bit of a bodge job due to previous owner so advice was appreciated)

Ian reconfigured the waste plumbing for our Kitchen sink that had been poorly installed by the Kitchen Fitters and kept blocking. It is excellent now with much improved drainage water flow and far less chance of blockage. Ian is so helpful and explains everything. We are very pleased.
