I have used Marcus number of times over the years (installing new gas boilers in properties, gas boiler services, as well repairs and plumbing services) and he has always delivered first class results. My hot water immersion system was not working and I was given the option to try and fix it or to get a new system. As my hot water system was over 20 years old and I wanted a new system, he kindly recommended me a new thermal store system as per my needs. He was quick to attend, answered all my questions about the new system, gave me a clear quote, updated me with an ETA before arrival, made sure the old system was disposed off from a second floor flat without damage to the walls etcs, made sure the new system was fitted and working correctly and made sure the area was clean/tidy before he left.
