We had to replace the electric boiler tank in our apartment due to a leak in the tank. The issue was diagnosed early on and new boiler installed Within a day. Although access was limited due to the boiler installed in a confined space in the ceiling , the old boiler was carefully removed and new one placed with neat pipework. See before ( green boiler ) and after ( white boiler ) photos for reference. I could not be more impressed. We had an issue with our air source heat pump system. ECS responded immediately and identified the issue instantly. They suggested several options and talked through each with us. They did a superb job and constantly kept cost in mind ensuring we received the most cost effective repair. SJ King was terrific. Came quickly, worked efficiently and superbly to sort out drains and install towel racks and toilet roll dispensers. Only trouble, I can't figure out their email address so they can send me a bill!

We had an old boiler replaced after SJ King Ltd kept the old one going for years until it's last legs, also replaced several historic radiators and a new shower fitted. All fab since and the team were really lovely. Will have them back for a new project soon and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them :)

T H T made a number of repairs to my bathroom which has saved me lots of money in the long run and resolved my leaks. They were reliable, hardworking and tidy. The work was done to a high standard and I am very pleased with the results.

I employed the services after a quote consultation being excited by their professionalism and product range. We agreed the start date which was conducted with enthusiasm and staff arrived promptly with eagerness. The strip out went smoothly and was kept clean and tidy. (2 days) Unfortunately having to live in the house during renovations some of the preparation before the new components were fitted to the property it was left very untidy and not to the previous standard. After a little tooing and froing with the project manager this improved. We supplied the tiles for the project and their plasterer and tiler were both efficient, respectful and did a first class job. The second fix who finished off the fitting of all other components also met the same standard and left the area and property clean when leaving. We are very pleased with the final result which took slightly longer to complete than first quoted. Thank you.

THT were fab throughout the whole process. A fair quote given for the job, clear & regular comms of when & who will be attending to work on the job each day. We had 3 engineers work on our utility room fit & all 3 (Karl,Mitchell & Aurimas) were friendly, tidy & knowledgable. We had 2nd fix plumbing completed for our sink & tap to be installed, base & wall units with doors & handles fitted, worktop, skirting & plinths fitted. All work done to a very high standard, we’re so happy with the result! THT we’re trustworthy & enjoyable to work with, we will definitely approach them for future work.
