Following a very competitive quotation, in 2017 James and his team installed a brand new central heating boiler and radiator system at my home in Langport. This work was very satisfactorily completed within a week and I have been more than happy with the efficiency of my system and its ease of operation. Following some window work to a bedroom a radiator valve cover went "missing". I contacted Artisan in order to source a replacement and one was posted out free of charge. This week I had a minor issue with air in a couple of radiators and was offered a possible solution in case a visit was not necessary :-) I didn't want to "fiddle" with the boiler so I asked for an engineer to call and the matter was resolved within a couple of days plus he gave clear guidance as to what to do in future. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Artisan both for the work and the after service!

Our job was very small, capping off a leaking pipe from an old defunct heating system still in situ. Artisan came to the rescue and were super efficient, polite, speedy and clean as well as very competently fixing the problem which unfortunately a previous plumber had left us with. Blocked foul water drainage pipe cleared.Became blocked again.But due to scale build after camera was inserted had to be descaled. Chris who carried out the ,work (along with an apprentice at one time )was very friendly and informative and also punctual. I would recommend this company and use again.

Ryan came to plumb our washing machine into our newly created utility outbuilding. His work was excellent and he kindly helped us carry the washer out to its new location once he'd finished the plumbing connections and installed a stopcock for the outbuilding. We were very happy with Sam. He helped sort out some issues we had with an en suite bathroom, and he explained to us a lot of things we did not have knowledge of. He is very knowledgeable and he has great communication skills. He was the only one who didn't suggest pulling out all the whole bathroom apart to find out what the issue was. We was called out for a drainage issue, and on site Stuart was there. He explained in great detail what he had already done to fix the clients blocked bath and he had it flowing better but the issue was more of a drainage issue than a plumbing issue so he he couldn’t do much more. He checked in with us throughout the evening and even offered to nip back to refit the trap and bath panel.

Highly recommend, excellent worker and utterly reliable. Carried out a full bathroom and separate toilet installation, including a new floors and carpentry work by a colleague. The bathroom was designed (free service) and supplied by City Plumbing in Dorchester.

Chris altered the boiler pipe work so that the Magnaclean filter was not only accessible but is now protecting the systems it was meant to protect. I am a carer and my clients boiler broke down, Chris came the same day we rang and provided a fan heater until he installed a new boiler the next day. Chris ensures the place is as tidy as he found it and protects the carpet from muddy boots. Very efficient, thourogh and friendly.

Well what can I say, Malcolm was efficient, meticulous, courteous, polite and professional. He kept me fully informed as to when he was able to arrive and in the end arrived ahead of schedule which was brilliant. My old toilet needed to be replaced and Malcolm consulted with me every step of the way before doing anything, so that I was fully aware of the work involved and the potential cost. My old toilet had been installed before the floor tiles had been laid which meant some of the tiles potentially could have cracked as the old toilet base was removed. However Malcolm worked carefully and he successfully removed the toilet base without any tiles cracking. Very impressed! The old toilet base dimensions were unusual but after several phone calls Malcolm managed to source a new toilet which covered the hole left by the old toilet. The new toilet is fitted to such a high standard and looks far better than the one before in both design and quality. It is also fitted correctly on top of the floor tiles. What a huge, huge, huge improvement. I am so pleased to have found a plumber who I can highly recommend and I will definitely be using him again in the future should the need arise. Very happy with the work that Tap did to repair a leak in a very awkward place recently. They responded really quickly as it was a leak and also kept us informed when they were running slightly late on the day of the repair.
