I had an emergency on a Sunday evening with a serious leak in my toilet waste pipe. Matt was immediately available via phone call, and gave me pricing information up front. He arrived within half an hour and resolved the issue straight away. Matt was friendly, reliable and explained what the issue had been and how he had fixed it. Would definitely recommend Pompey Plumb for emergency plumbing services.
This is the second time Matt has undertaken a plumbing job for me. He carried out the work quickly and efficiently. I was impressed as ever by his professionalism and confidence. I would recommend him unreservedly.
Matt did a good job fixing a leaking bath, with the minimum of fuss, for a good price. He was available for an appointment within a few days of the original request. I would recommend him without hesitation and will definitely use him again.
Matt is an excellent plumber, he assesses a problem and deals with it efficiently, does not immediately replace an item if not necessary. He cleans up afterwards and charges an honest price. Highly recommended.
Sent message on a Sunday afternoon. Visited on Monday morning as promised and resolved leak which was under panelling running between bath and toilet. Also was an issue with the silicone which was resolved. Priced as promised with reasonable cost for items purchased outlined in terms and conditions. Honest, professional, down to earth vibe.
