Used Micheal twice, once to do a boiler service and then to get my heating sorted because someone else had installed a thermostat and it had gone wrong. On both occasions Micheal fitted me in with very short notice. Turned up when he said he would. He was also clean, tidy and methodical as he worked. I would definitely recommend Michael and M1K plumbing & heating services.

He was very friendly and he cared to explain exactly what he was doing while also giving me the best recommendations which made me confident in what he was doing. I highly recommend Michael if you need a good, honest tradesperson. He turned up on time and was very polite. The work he completed was immaculate and he tidied up after himself. The quality of his plumbing skills was 10/10. I felt comfortable with Michael in my home as he has a very calm and pleasant demeanour. I will definitely be using him in the future. Yet again we required the services of Mike. We called him at 9 am and by 10 am he had called us, explained the problem and showed my distressed daughter how to reset the boiler via a facetime call. 6 months ago he came to us after 3 bodged repairs to a leak in our bathroom by another plumber. Not only did he fix the problem the same day he was extremely courteous and professional throughout. We will not ever need to call another plumber. He will always get our business and i can recommend him very highly. 10/10

Micheal installed a new basin in our ensuite, fixed a small leak and fitted a water filter for us. He did a great job, very professional, tidy and competent. I would whole hearted recommend him and will definitely be using him again.
