I called Gasnier Heating and Plumbing at about 10 in the morning because my Boiler was loosing pressure, and therefore was shutting down.. Alan Gasnier arrived at about 14:00 to address the problem. All was resolved in about 45 minutes and back in working order. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE and highly recommended!!.

Despite gas safe legislation, I can understand why gas users are tempted to do their own minor repairs. Recent lubrication of a gas tap which took absolutely no more than ten minutes, a small amount of specialist graphite grease and a bill for £60 cash has left me wondering. OK a call-out fee is acceptable, although I was prepared to wait for a suitable time slot, but this job was done whilst there was another local job in progress that needed to be left for draining a system. Can't fault the work.

I can't praise them enough, for the work they carried out for me! Mike had a very caring attitude and was exceptionally prompt in fixing my leak! He also showed great respect for me, by following covid guidelines.

We had a small problem with our thermostat, so glad we phoned Gasnier heating, they were quick to come round, did the repair that day, no fuss, no worries and no mess.
