Terry gave an excellent professional service and fixed my radiator leak and ensured my central heating was back up and working especially given how cold it was. He also helped by phone when I had problems with my boiler later on and managed to help resolve the issue. So a big thank you.

Excellent service, plumber came in less than 24 hours. Went to get parts, back in 10 minutes, fixed the flush in about 40 minutes. Super job, would definitely use them again.

Fantastic workmanship, replacing the flush system on my toilet where the cistern is housed in a unit. The top of the unit would not come off so Jamie only had the smallest of spaces to fit everything in via the upper front panel. He even re-fitted the piping to the right of the cistern so there was now a valve. Top guy and top job! The photo is how Jamie found it and the little access space he had to complete the work inside. This was the first time I had used Alfords but as my previous plumber had retired I booked a boiler service with them on the recommendation of a friend. Fantastic service from being able to book online through to engineer arriving as per the appointment and with invoicing and payment online, what could be easier! Very friendly, polite and well informed guy (Phil) who was extremely helpful. No mess and treated my home with respect, even taking his shoes off without being asked! Would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for a first class, fuss free plumbing service at a very reasonable price. I will certainly be using them again.

Its never an easy job having your boiler replaced. Alfords however made it easy and straight forward. From planning the new installation, answering our questions, guiding us through to the right solution and installing the new boiler Alfords provided a fantastic service. The team that did the installation were great. Very tidy and protected carpets and surfaces whilst they worked. They kept us informed of what they were doing and were happy to answer any questions we had. All in all a great service that I would recommend.

Lee came out today as an emergency job to fix our toilet. He was fast and extremely reliable. He was honest and did a great job. Highly recommend if you need a plumber, even lets you know when he’s on his way.

I needed a plumber who was experienced in handling macerators, to sort out my mother's one in her bathroom. I chose LDA because they had good feedback. Lee arranged to visit and look at the job required. He was super with my very elderly mother, reassuring her that it could all be fixed. Experienced a serious water leak from an underground cold water pipe. Dan and his colleagues replaced the whole of the old copper pipe for the hot and cold water supply along the entirety of the kitchen. Carried out on time, to quote with no fuss. Good neat tidy job!

Kevin provided a superb service. Came out on a Sunday to fix a leaking toilet, and was here within 30 minutes of calling, couldn't ask for more. He needed parts and went off to source them and then fitted them and left everything like he hadn't been here. Also a reasonable fee, especially given an out of hours call out. Would highly recommend.

Adam & Joe suggested an alternative cheaper option of a purpose built dog shower rather than the shower enclosure we had asked for & they were spot on.
