I chose this particular plumber because I read the reviews and this influenced my decision. I gave Rob a call, told him I had 2 toilets that needed attention and a dripping kitchen tap. He said he would fit me in later that day and within an hour he rang back to say he could call round straight away. He was really pleasant and friendly. Within the hour he had sorted problems with my 2 toilets. One had stopped flushing and the other needed new toilet flush buttons fitting as they kept jamming. By now I thought he might have been a bit fed up; but he was ready to tackle my dripping kitchen tap next. He said I’d need a new tap so my immediate thought was that this won’t be done for a while, so I was really pleased when he said he carried spares and appeared in minutes with a new tap. Hey presto! in no time at all it was all done. Whilst in my bathroom he noticed that the sink stopper was broken and he fixed that too. When it came to payment I thought he was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Rob and as he left I told him I was putting him on speed dial in case something else went wrong. So thanks Rob for coming to my rescue and doing such brilliant work.

I've used Rob a couple of times now. Most lately when we had a very leaky mains pipe. He responded immediately and fixed the issue within a hour or so. He is very professional, knows his stuff and is very reasonable. Will definitely be using him again.

Rob is doing a great job. My house has a complicated problem with the water pipes after installing the washing machine, there was a very bad leaking. Rob fixed the problem and I am really appreciated .

i called Rob on Saturday morning as we had a leak in our kitchen ceiling. Rob was able to come early that afternoon at a time that suited us, and within an hour the leak was fixed. Friendly, efficient, tidy and hard-working. Would definitely recommend.

Rob was very quick to respond to a problem with a drain connection that was dislodged after some jetting on the sewers outside. Fantastic service, can definitely recommend him.
