James Brownell came to check our water tank which had a slow leak. He treated the job with the same sense of urgency as if it was his own water tank. He took our stress away and we got a quote for a replacement that was nearly half the price of another exorbitant quote. The job was done within hours of our call with this company. I can't praise James highly enough and many thanks to the admin staff who arranged to send him out. Having just come back from holiday still suffering from jet lag with water coming through our ceiling, he was a lifesaver.

APS Plumbing in Thatcham have restored my faith in plumbers! I had a faulty stop-tap and a leak going into the cold water tank in my loft. I had 4 other plumbers let me down / not return my calls or texts. APS were amazing from my initial contact with their booking team all the way through to completion of the work. I had APS Plumbing out yesterday to supply and fit a water tank etc in my new dog grooming salon. Steve who carried out the work is one of the nicest and friendliest guys I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. So polite and wow did he know his stuff. He was here for most of the day. I supplied him with plenty of tea and he just kept going!! I'm so chuffed its all done and certainly looks the part. It is so straightforward to use too!! So a massive thanks to Steve for fitting all the equipment and a massive thanks to APS Plumbing for taking on the job from a really happy customer. 5 stars and more if I could!!!!

Highly recommend this company. They sent a team out to fix our immersion leak within an hour and a half of phoning, did a great job, and were cheaper than the British Gas quote we’d had.

We called APS for a fault on our gas heating system in our industrial unit in Newbury. Best call I ever made after being let down by several other local companies in the area. From the lovely lady in the office who booked me in to the engineer that attended site I really couldn’t fault them at all! So refreshing and I will most definitely be using them, not only at work but at home as well.
