We came downstairs to a flooding kitchen. Water coming from the lights down the walls and out of the windows. I called Peter he arrived that afternoon found the broken pipe and repaired it, but also sourced why the pipe had burst And sorted that as well. Within 24hrs of the call we were back up and running. We choose M&R Plumbing and Heating to fit our new boiler because we wanted a local company that we could deal with face to face and have confidence that the advice prior to fitting and the finished job would suit what we required. Also that the installation would be completed on time and to an excellent standard and post fitting any questions or concerns we had would be dealt with effectively, all within a competitive price. That is exactly what we received. All the way through the home visit to advise on what system we needed through to the completed installation it could not have gone smoother. M&R kept us updated at every stage of the boiler fitting and system reinstatement, effectively managed a few questions and post fitting queries we had and were very professional at all times. I have been consistently very happy working with this excellent firm over many years but particularly pleased with Jack Fox today. He had never installed an Inspire Automation Landlord Wireless App Thermostat before and clearly used his expertise with similar systems, many more complicated than Inspire, to efficiently install and commission the product with just one hours Labour time. I can now control my heating and hot water usage from anywhere in the world for my short term guest bookings with a simple boost button for them to use for comfort if still in the property during working hours / weekends!

With the struggle to find decent trades people, also ones that will actually turn up. I found WPS, can not praise them enough entire new s plan system alot of old pipework to remove and integrate the new pipework. New bosh boiler that I wanted. Highly recommended

They installed a new boiler for us, the engineer who came was excellent, he did a fantastic job hiding the pipe work which we were worried about. He work really hard to do the job & left everything clean & tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, to family or friends, thanks Mike & his team.

I contacted Mike yesterday as it was almost as if our boiler packed up altogether. I sent over some pictures or what was going on. He came out first thing this morning had a look and knew exactly what was wrong. He is very knowledgeable and polite very easy to talk to! We're just waiting for our new boiler! Very quick and an easy process and affordable to! We wouldn't go to anybody else now!

I needed a replacement tap/shower head in my bathroom. I called and he instantly picked up. I sent over photos and he fitted them the next day, took less than 30 minutes. I am very happy and would use their services again.

Jack came out on Sunday to have a look at my grandads boiler which had stopped working. Under a quick investigation found that it needed to be replaced as the heating element had split and was leaking water. He quoted me for a new boiler and came out on Tuesday to fit it. Boiler is now up and running. No issues found at all. I would highly recommend these lads to anyone and I will definitely be using them again. Very prompt response especially on a Sunday and they were on time. Very professional and did a great job.

Engineer (Reece) very pleasant and efficient. Work completed effectively with no mess or disruption. Very satisfied customer. If you want your work done properly and promptly I would recommend without hesitation.

Reece came out on the same day and was very communicative and did a great job. The only reason I gave four stars was because the price I was quoted was lower than the price I paid - this was apparently inclusive of VAT. Otherwise, happy customer.

I rang the company to see if they could have a look at our gas fire and was delighted to be given an appointment for the next day. The appointment was then confirmed by text, plus the following day was given updates on the time Andrew would come. On arrival, he found the problem quickly, cleaned and checked it was lighting well. He was extremely helpful and also advised of the parts that would need to be replaced in the future if there was a problem. The service we received was brilliant and we have no hesitation in recommending the firm for their expertise and friendly approach.We received a report online which itemized the job that was done and detail of the parts required if necessary in the future. A fantastic company.

We recently moved into a property and wanted to book a boiler service. TwinSun responded to our request very quickly, and we were able to book the service for the following day. The engineer turned up on time and was polite and courteous. We were very happy with our experience and will definitely use the company for our annual services.

I couldn't have asked for better service. Boiler was installed in less than a day including some new pipework needed to ensure current standards met. Both Andy and Alfie were very considerate workers and caused minimum disruption. Radiators all checked and area left clean and tidy. Very competitive price. I definitely recommend!

I would highly recommend Andy and his team from initial emergency call out to the new boiler they fitted in office. I appreciate its very difficult this time of year for gas engineers due to there high demand with the weather etc however the experience we have had from this company is amazing credit where it’s due. Andy was recommended from an acquaintance who gave him an excellent reference and after Andy serviced our boiler I’ve got to agree. From our initial conversation to the work being completed Andy was professional, knowledgeable and very polite. When the boiler decided to pack in 5 days before Christmas and another company pulling out of an installation contacted Rapid Response Heating. They confirmed yesterday (Sunday) that they were able to help, we had a new boiler fitted by 1pm Monday. Thank you Ben and John for the prompt and excellent service you provided. Rapid Response really lived up to their name from the start. They responded to my request for a quote within 15 minutes. Communication was easy and clear throughout, their price was very competitive. When I spoke to staff at the office to pay the deposit, that was a pleasant and easy experience. John arrived spot on time, Mark joined him to sort out the electrics. My new boiler was fitted and all the controls located in places that are convenient to me, with minimal noise or fuss and John and Mark cleaned up after themselves. John explained how everything worked without being at all patronising, it's sad that I'm commenting on that, but as a solo woman all too frequently it's not the case. So thank you very much John! I'm absolutely impressed with every aspect of this company from the communication with the sales team through to the finished job, I recommend them absolutely to anybody and I'm very grateful to have found them.

After being let down by 2 bathroom places I popped into here, well were do I start with my 3 fairy godfathers and Austin! I booked them in to do 2 bathrooms and they stayed with me helping renovate our house and turned it into a beautiful home. I couldn't have coped without Matt, Dave and Simon they helped and supported and put in beautiful bathrooms, they had to fit all new boiler and pipes, completely ripped out 2 bad old bathrooms they checked everything and still they fit me in to pop back and help me. Not only all above but they also designed and fitted in a doggy shower especially for our boy who broke both back legs, also a whole new bootroom wall coming down the full on works it's stunning now. 5 months of these guys has been a pleasure, they are hard working, clean as they go and very trustworthy I can't name all but every single one of them I highly recommend, I've felt in safe in their hands and the work speaks for themselves. I'm so happy because I had so many cowboys quoting but had a blast renovating with these guys and I have to say a most special thank you to Austin for being the best joiner around for all his dedication and hard work but most importantly being a fantastic team leader I will miss him being around most of all. Jordan serviced my boiler (which he installed last year) also reset the auto thermostat and resolved a problem with the kitchen rad. He is very pleasant and well mannered, a credit to Orrell Plumbing. I would recommend this company to anyone who requires first class service with knowledgeable staff and very good workmanship.

Simon gave me excellent advice at the design stage, David, our fitter, was friendly, reliable and hard-working, and took care of our driveway and carpets while working. First time I've used this company and I was very impressed. Told Craig my issue with the boiler and he was round within a few hours, he identified the issues immediately and explained clearly what needed to be done. A small part had to be ordered, after keeping in touch he returned the next day to complete the job to a high standard and a very reasonable price.
