I would highly recommend Andy and his team from initial emergency call out to the new boiler they fitted in office. I appreciate its very difficult this time of year for gas engineers due to there high demand with the weather etc however the experience we have had from this company is amazing credit where it’s due. What a team cleaned up and removed all rubbish from site also 5⭐️ Service.

Andy was recommended from an acquaintance who gave him an excellent reference and after Andy serviced our boiler I’ve got to agree. From our initial conversation to the work being completed Andy was professional, knowledgeable and very polite. Andy and Alfie arrived on time and actually sent me a text 20 minutes before arriving to confirm that they would be at my home in 20 minutes. As well as being really pleased with the service and price Andy and Alfie also advised me on a couple of other issues foc and were very professional. I couldn't have asked for better service. Boiler was installed in less than a day including some new pipework needed to ensure current standards met. Both Andy and Alfie were very considerate workers and caused minimum disruption. Radiators all checked and area left clean and tidy. Very competitive price. I definitely recommend!

Andy has gone above and beyond to help us get our boiler fixed. He came round asap to look at it as it broke overnight and we have a baby with no heating or hot water. He quickly identified the problem but also worked out that our boiler is under warranty still so contacted the company himself to get them to come out and fix it and also chased them up later in the day to ensure they booked us in and kept me updated. Could have easily done the job himself and charged us so really appreciate his honesty and then going above and beyond to make sure it still got sorted for us even when he wasn't going to be the one doing the work.
