I've used Deakins for a few years now. They give great service and have really helped me with my heating system and underfloor heating. I am writing the review after a recent visit by Muzz who did a great job to repair a fault at short notice. Very friendly and professional service. Much appreciated as always.

The company representative was well presented, made all efforts to protect our property prior to starting, was thorough, communicated throughout the installation, did a really good job installing our new boiler, explained the controls, cleaned up and left with little impacts other than a lovely new boiler. We are very thankful for the professional and efficient works 👍

We’ve been using Deakins for a number of years now and to be honest can’t fault them at all. The booking process is easy and the team keep you updated on arrival times by text. From start to finish our experience has been a positive one. From Chris coming to quote to Neil doing the installation of the new boiler. Neil was brilliant! He was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. He was happy to answer any questions. His standard of work is a credit to him. Precise and neat. Obviously Neil has pride in his work which we appreciated very much. The site of the work was left so clean and tidy too. You wouldn't have known he'd been there. Tom & Mikey did an excellent and very professional job replacing 4 consumer units with one state of the art box and installed an EV charging unit. All done inside a day and kept me appraised of progress throughout. Very clean too - excellent job.
