Excellent service with Great Craftmanship. I invite Jay over to investigate an Ignition lockout problem with my boiler. My boiler has always produced a loud noise when the hot water is turned on and I thought it was normal. Jamie fixed the ignition issue, brought my attention to the abnormal noise, and fixed that aswell. My boiler now operates like a brand new installed unit. I am very impressed by his service and I would highly recommend his service.
I recently had a gas leak at my property, and the SGN engineer had to cap off the gas supply, leaving us without heating or cooking in the cold weather. I was fortunate to find Adam's contact through a mutual acquaintance, and he truly came to the rescue.
Adam arrived on the same day, which was such a relief. He was polite, respectful, and worked tidily throughout the visit. His professionalism and efficiency were outstanding, and he made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
