Abdul was very quick to respond over WhatsApp and arrived within 24hrs to fix a leaking toilet. British Gas has been out previously but were unable to repair the leak because of the toilet cistern having been siliconed to the wall behind, meaning they couldn’t access the silicone and remove the toilet. Abdul managed to cut the silicon, get the toilet free and make the repair to the pipe. Would certainly use again.
We had a severe shower drain blockage yesterday evening. I called Abdul who responded immediately and arrived at the property within 15 minutes. After an inspection of the property, he managed to identify the point of blockage and cleared it effectively with no issues. His charges were fixed but fair, given the intensity of work that was involved. All in all, he was very professional, polite and eliminated all our stress. Definitely recommend reaching out to him for any emergency plumbing issues!
Very professional and great value. Arrived within 20 minutes to investigate the issue we were having with our boiler. Found the problem quickly and solved it. Also did work to ensure the problem wouldn't return next winter.
