Abdul was brilliant, we had a nasty leak in our central heating pipe, which meant we had no hot water or heating on a cold December weekend. Sent some photos and Abdul gave a quote and then arrived within an hour. Fixed the issue and gave some helpful advice. Can highly recommend.

Arthur and Ali showed up within 1 hour (!!) and were extremely thorough, professional and just the best plumbing experience we’ve ever had. They fixed the issue by 1pm and we couldn’t be happier. I had a going leak with my walk in shower for ages. A few different plumbing firms would re silicone and never do a permanent fix. Called the near me team and one of the managers came out for free. He carried out full inspection and recommend to remove the walk in shower and replace with a shower tray. The price was reasonable and the workmanship was amazing. I would definitely be using them moving forward

I recently used Near me plumbers to remove and replace a radiator and valves. The team truly bent over backwards to accommodate me at short notice and worked around my schedule to get the job done in time. They documented everything and kept me informed every day on what was happening. I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Speedy Plumber, which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling Kriss to come out and see what was going on. Kriss was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Speedy Plumber. And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. And an extra Thank You to Kriss for saving the weekend. What an exemplary employee!

When I had a toilet emergency the plumber came within the hour and fixed the problem. He explained his work and could have charged me more, but he didn't. He was friendly and trustworthy, I will be calling him again if another problem ever occurs.

Oct 23 - James came to remove and old boiler from the first floor then install the new boiler on the ground floor loo. He did a superb job. He was very professional and overcame odd bits about the house easily. In addition, he was very neat and tidy.

The guys completed a boiler move in my new house in Norbury. Quality of the work was fantastic. All the pipes were installed very neat and tidy. Very tidy, very efficient. Highly recommended

Original review from Oct `23; We called James when our boiler suddenly stopped working. James came over quickly and fixed the boiler (including ordering spare parts) within 24 hours. Will definitely be calling James in the future for any boiler related issues, including fitting a new boiler once ours stops working for good. Update on the above: Our boiler reached the end of its life span (of course during a cold snap....) - we called James who was fast to respond, gave us a competitive quote, and quickly came round to install a new Vaillant boiler. First class service from Noel. His communication was excellent from start to finish. He unblocked our manhole efficiently. He took the time to find the other manhole on our property (which was covered by gravel) to ensure all blockages were fully resolved. An excellent service and would highly recommend.

Noel was a great help with a blocked loo, which turned out to be quite badly blocked in the sewer. He also managed to fit me in really quickly. Really recommend.

From that point on communication was excellent and they were able to accommodate me on the day of my choice. Can't speak highly enough of Aren Heating and Plumbing. They are easy to contact, quick fitting you in and the work is excellent. Been using Nick and the team for the last 4 years on my rental properties when I was let down by my previous gas engineer. On this particular job I contacted them late on Saturday (after hours) and they had an engineer out to go a gas safety certificate and a plumbing repair mid morning today. I then received pictures of the job emailed to me with a full report within a hour of it being completed. Excellent work!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!!! I cannot recommend Pulse enough. I spoke to Eddie Ainsworth late on a Wednesday evening and explained that I had an emergency and needed a new boiler ASAP. Eddie called me back within 15 minutes and had two engineers booked for that Friday - the two engineers arrived and installed the new boiler and I could not speak highly enough how efficient, hassle free, professional and easy Eddie made the service. If you have any doubts, do yourself a favour and go with Pulse! The price was extremely competitive but the overall service is what blew me away - I would give 6 stars if I could!
