They completed a massive central heating system upgrade and repair job for me (replaced the main heat exchanger, upgraded the system to three zones) including whole system power flush and installed a magnetic filter fitting in just under two days. Half the price what others British Gas and Pimlico Plumbers have quoted me for the same work. Excellent and reliable! Highly recommended.

Nathan has helped me with various small issues in my flat before, and when my underfloor heating stopped working, he quickly identified the problem. He figured out that the control module was broken and replaced it with a simpler, more reliable system. This was so much better than what another company had suggested: upgrading the existing smart home system, which I found unnecessarily complicated and more expensive. Nathan is very knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and helpful all the time. He patiently answered all my questions and thoroughly checked that everything was working perfectly before he left. Our boiler had stopped working after losing water pressure, with the tap unable to open due to wear. Nathan had done a great job fixing our underfloor heating pump a few years previously so we were pleased to have him back. He came promptly, fixed the issue, and kindly showed us an additional tap we can use to top up the pressure if the problem recurs.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Very quick response and detailed breakdown of costs. Two lovely guys sorted electrical and thermostat issues with my boiler and explained all the work and even showed me the old scaled-up elements they replaced. We just used Staunch & Flow for a second time. This time for a boiler service. I was pleased that the engineer they sent was Fergus who had come on the previous visit and was exceptionally polite, friendly and efficient as was the apprentice he brought with him. Fergus arrived on time and got straight to work, explaining what he was doing and seemed very conscientious. Choosing a plumber or gas engineer can be a minefiled but I don’t hesitate to recommend this small company.

I have used staunch and flow a few times now over the last year or so for various issues and I wanted to leave a review because of my experience today. I had an emergency so i rang and the phone was answered by a pleasant lady, (I needed someone almost immediately) she did have to check with an engineer that he could attend at such short notice, which he did. I had the pleasure to work with Sam and Lloyd on many projects over the years. I can honestly say they are the best people I ever had the pleasure to deal with. Since the first time I spoke to Sam, he put my mind at ease straight away, showing knowledge and already giving me an idea of the possible causes to the plumbing issue I had. Lloyd knows his stuff about plumbing and heating and he’s one of the few people left in London who can get your Aga or Rayburn up and running again. Is rare to find professionals with such knowledge and understating of your system and appliances and I will definitely not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing, heating or any general building work carried out. If 6 stars was an option, they definitely deserve it.
