Karl came to our rescue with an emergency plumbing job early last Saturday morning. We woke up to an external leak from the mains pipe on our front patio & so had to turn the water off while we sourced someone to come & fix it. Karl was prompt with great communication, identified & fixed the problem so quickly & made good the patio after his work. We had a fix & the water back on within 2 hours. Amazing! Our Old water main lead pipe have a leak over the weekend, I have call Karl from Flow external Plumbing on Monday morning, on 12/ August/2024 a very hot sunny day with over 30 degree. He come straight after our emergency call , he come and start Immediately turn off the stopcock and start digging the front garden unter the extreme hot sunny day He Replace the old lead pipe with a blue plastic pipe . He finish all in the same day by himself. after he finished his work he also clean up nice and tidy And for a really a good price . We are very happy with his wok and will definitely recommend to anyone , That need help from a specialist like Karl.

We were so impressed with Karl and very pleased with his work. I couldn't get anybody to come down to even look at our problem. Found Karl, polite, very obliging and worked all day for us on outside water leak that nobody has managed to find for many years. We were horrified to see driveway paving slabs that looked smashed and broken at lunchtime but by the evening our driveway looked fantastic and you would never know it had ever been destroyed.
