I have worked with Richard and the team at Response Plumbing for many years on a number of small things. The time came for two new bathrooms at once and Richard delivered a high quality product in both. There were a few issues that Richard rectified and his attention to detail and refusal to accept lower quality made us very confident and secure in his ablity. Both bathroom are amazing and Richard resolved some bad decisions we made, proposed an alternative, then left us with a quality bathroom. 100% would use again, if you want it done right, complete project management, refusal to accept mediocrity the call Richard today.

Richard visited my mothers today too replace very old bathroom mixer taps , After establishing it was impossible without replacing the bath which my mother did not want Richard did a fantastic job repairing the existing taps. I found Richard to be very professional, honest and showed a lot of care and concern for mum’s safety within the bathroom . Really pleased with the recent service from Jac and Nick. Our boiler died just before the cold snap and we were left with no central heating and no hot water. They came out and quickly diagnosed that the boiler was ready for the scrap heap and walked us through our options and the costs. We made up our minds and within a short space of time the team arrived to migrate us on to a combi and remove the old boiler, immersion and loft water tank. All done in a couple of days and with very minimal disruption even though the house’s old pipes and weak gas pressure tried to derail them. The lads were very calm and expertly resolved any potential issue and have left us with a toasty home and restored hot showers. Would highly recommend them and will be using them for other plans we have.

Needed a boiler replacement and was very happy with Amar and his colleague. They were efficient, did a great job and were also able to advise on the upgrades to our plumbing system. Amar and his team did a completely new boiler, radiator and thermostatic heating system installation. Prior to the installation Amar did a thorough consultation and assessment which resulted in great advice and a competitive quotation. The Installation was smooth and efficiently executed. We had a plumbing issue that a few plumbers weren’t able to fix which turned into an emergency and we ended up calling Near Me Plumbers on a Saturday at 8pm.. Arthur and Ali showed up within 1 hour (!!) and were extremely thorough, professional and just the best plumbing experience we’ve ever had. They fixed the issue by 1pm and we couldn’t be happier. I recently used Near me plumbers to remove and replace a radiator and valves. The team truly bent over backwards to accommodate me at short notice and worked around my schedule to get the job done in time. I had a going leak with my walk in shower for ages. A few different plumbing firms would re silicone and never do a permanent fix. Called the near me team and one of the managers came out for free. He carried out full inspection and recommend to remove the walk in shower and replace with a shower tray. The price was reasonable and the workmanship was amazing. Paul arrived on time and was so informative as to the issues with my roof, after he fully assessed the problem. He was on my roof for over 20 minutes making sure all the repairs needed were detailed to me. He gave me a date and time for the work to commence, detailed the issues and what work was needed to rectify those issues, then game me a written quotation. On starting the work, Pail and his team arrived promptly and started work immediately. His teams were so polite and professional at all times. The service we received from Tim and Luca to replace a Worcester Bosch boiler in our house, was absolutely outstanding. Before quoting, Tim came round to meet us and look at the positioning of the boiler (several other companies just asked for emailed photos in order to give us a quote). He spoke factually about the job and his business, which was reassuring, rather than bigging up or giving the hard sell, as others did. His quote was fair (not the cheapest or the most expensive, which was over £900 more), and we were pleased to go ahead. Tim and Luca arrived at the agreed time and worked hard until the job was finished. They both took time to make sure that each aspect of the fit was done properly, ensuring everything was working correctly, looking good and addressing our concerns before leaving. The service they gave was impeccable. We have asked Tim of Richmondpark Plumbers to do a couple of jobs for us over the past 2 years, starting with a new boiler, then a major job installing a new bath tub/shower and most recently new radiators. We have found him easy and courteous to communicate with, responsive, competent and trustworthy. The work was undertaken to a high standard and if there was something that required some additional work/fixing, they were responsive and quick to sort out any problem. The quotes were reliable and the prices quoted were fair for the work undertaken. Overall, we have been very happy and will continue to rely on them.

Kel is an amazing plumber.. I had concerns about the length of the job as other plumbers had indicated it would take 3 hours at least (to fix a leaking sink and cut a radiator pipe which first needed to have the system fully drained)... I was also concerned that the creamy carpets would be left dirty after the work. Kel wrapped up the work in just over 2 hours and left things spotless.. I can tell that he takes great pride in delivering top notch service and doesn't just treat it like a job. I also noticed him cleaning his tools after completing the job (which in my opinion shows that he is meticulous). I was keen to learn more about plumbing and he took the effort to walk me through the steps that he was taking to remedy each task. Ultimately, if you are looking for an honest plumber with a superb skillet, he's your go-to guy.

We've used this firm for plumbing on two occasions now. They have been utterly reliable, turning up on time and doing the job perfectly. Indeed the last time the person who came went further then he needed to, going back to his office to find some fresh insulation to an external pipe then returning and fitting it for us. That was not part of the job I had called them for. And they do not charge ridiculous prices! I am pleased to recommend them and will be happy to use them again if and when need be.
