I had wanted a pump to improve my water pressure. Tony had a look and suggested cleaning all the taps and changing the shower head first, which he did. It worked, and saved me a lot of money. It’s nice to meet someone who is more concerned with presenting solutions than taking your money.

Tony replaced our leaking sink very quickly and efficiently. The new sink we ordered was bigger so he had to do quite a lot of editing to the kitchen units to get it in but you would never know - looks fantastic. He is good at communicating, reliable and a very friendly man. He even gave us some top tips for painting so we could try ourselves. I’d highly recommend him!

The Team from DFN did an amazing job at short notice with a boiler change. We have worked with DFN Plumbing and Heating for the past 4 years on a number of our projects. They have competently undertaken all the plumbing works for us including new boiler installs, running new pipework, creation of new bathrooms, all first and second fix plumbing. Dosh always goes above and beyond for us and his knowledge and advice is always valuable.

They responded very quickly to our original call and gave us confidence they could fix the issue with our bath tap in a timely manner. They visited the next day to assess the situation and came back the following day to fix the issue (needed extra parts). They also went above and beyond liaising with the tenant directly to find a suitable time. V happy.

Very good service

We used C. Anderson & Sons for an emergency plumbing issue last Saturday. From the receptionist to the plumber who spent the afternoon replacing our macerator, the service was 10/10. They even went out of their way to minimise the number of hours onsite (saving us money). We will use them again for sure.

I cannot recommend C Anderson and Sons LLP more highly. The personal care carried out by their manager Mark Anderson was outstanding. He went beyond what was necessary to ensure the job was resolved satisfactorily.
