Glenn proved to be highly knowledgeable and innovative in finding unique solutions to my bathroom installation. This involved boiler installation, plumbing and drainage installation that others deemed to difficult. I am very pleased with the standard of finish and can highly recommend his work.

Glenn was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We had a leak issue that needed to be detected and fixed. He was super quick to respond, and schedule a visit and was very communicative throughout, explaining the issue and resolving it quickly. He worked methodically, ensuring everything was completed to a high standard and left the place immaculate. He even added some extra sealant to our taps. His friendly and professional approach immediately put us instantly at ease. It can be hard to find really great tradespeople, Glenn is one of those and will definitely be our first go to in future.

Glen was really prompt to visit and quote and was able to complete the urgent works we needed doing. Another firm were unsure about what to do but, he was knowledgeable and able to help. Glenn was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He is clearly very experienced. We had a pipe that was leaking slightly and we wanted to get it fixed before replacing our floor. He answered my call, was able to come the next day (three hours earlier!), quickly identified that we shouldn't have a joint of that type in a floor, soldered us a new middle section of copper piping, drained our system and installed a new drainage valve while he was at it as we didn't have one. He got our radiator to work which we hadn't used for a couple of years. He was just so calm, efficient, nice and polite, he quietly got on with it! And zero mess. He'll be our first port of call now - we're lucky to have him up the road!
