Had a problem fitting a new kitchen worktop. I nicked the gas pipe for the gas hob with the jigsaw cutting a small slit in the pipe. No gas for hot water or the job due to this. Phoned a gas company I had heard of who couldn't come for over a week. Googled gas emergency Bromley and these guys came up pretty close to the top. Gave them a call, this was about 2pm. Told this would be an emergency call (which of course it was) and to call them back at 5pm and they would let me know when they could attend that day. Did so and they were going to be there by 6pm. Called just before 6 and said they were running a bit late and would be there soon,. They were here about 6.30 and promptly replaced the pipe for a reasonable emergency call out charge plus parts etc. Very professional and clearly knew their stuff so they are now quoting for me on a new boiler. Recommend these fellas highly. 5 star.

We have had Woodhill Plumbing and Heating attend to my own home renovation. We first appointed Woodhill some 2yrs back to re-route our existing services so as to accommodate changes in room layout and radiator positions. These works also included the running of new waste and supply for our new kitchen (incl extract ducting) and also a nice addition was to get water supply and waste to our washing machine which now sits in the cupboard under the stairs. Roll on 2yrs (been doing the renovation myself) we have just had our classic column rads inclusive of all antique brass traditional valves and shrouds fitted with a boiler service as well! So happy with all of the works carried out and the service provided by Sam and his colleague Eddie, never any issues and always positive and ready to help or offer suggestions/solutions from their own professional and past experiences which have helped me a lot with such a large renovation.

Sam and his team at Woodhill Plumbing completed a full re-plumb of my property, including new boiler, unvented cylinder, mains boost accumulator tank, water softener, 4 bathrooms, low profile underfloor heating, new radiators and new soil stacks. Chris has fitted boilers in our last two homes, as well as installing new bathrooms for us. His work is immaculate, and extremely high quality. Ours boiler is around 9 years old and had developed a pressure fault. Chris identified an issue with the expansion vessel, which was filling with water, and replaced it, but also discovered that the inlet valves had become faulty meaning that the pressure wasn’t able to be released. This was an unusual issue and we’re grateful that he discovered it. Our boiler is now working as it should. Huge thanks Chris!

Update , used CNB again for our personal property Recently used Chris to fix shower valve, which the original installer/supplier was supposed to fix but it still didn’t work properly so got Chris in to fix it and it has worked properly ever since. Also Chris has reworked pipe work for two new radiators and fitted them. Chris was always neat and tidy and apart from the new radiators you would never have known he had been. Putting the flooring back perfectly. Great job, Chris or team will be coming back soon to fit some more new radiators. Change of Hot Water Cylinder - I have been using CNB to renovate a rental property (I will write a separate review for this work). I asked Chris and his team for advice on why our home shower sometimes stopped working properly. We had a bathroom refurbishment last year (a different company) but the shower was still not working as powerful as had been expected and it stopped working every now and then. The original company tried a variety of different things to solve the problem but it continued intermittently. Chris and his team suggested a new hot water cylinder with a different flange and pipework arrangement. CNB installed a new hot water cylinder with the correct flange and pipework and now the shower works perfectly every time. The shower is also much more powerful and the pipework looks a lot neater.

We started using Doug and Cam to fit 2 bathrooms. They were very considerate and a pleasure to work with. We came across various problems along the way and they came up with clever solutions to all issues. They have a great eye for design. We then used them to do all of the plumbing and boiler work in our kitchen.They take great pride in their work. We highly recommend them.

These guys are really, really excellent. Doug and Cam were recommended to us and we're really glad we got them in. Our bathroom was an empty shell that had just been plastered. They reworked the pipework in the floor for the new locations of bathroom furniture, as well as from our hot-water cylinder next to the bathroom. I was really surprised how clean and neat their pipework is - you'd hope that all plumbers worked like this but I've never actually seen pipework this good anywhere. They finished the bathroom including bath and shower installation, toilet, sink and vanity unit and tower rail whilst tidying up the pipework and properly plumbing our power shower. It looked (and still looks) excellent and we've not had a single problem with it (around 2.5 years and counting). The high quality of their work is without doubt so when we were building our extension they were the only candidates for the plumbing work. This time around they worked with our builder, which went smoothly. They fitted a new boiler, hot water cylinder and re-used our existing Nest thermostat, installed all of the pipework for the new ground-floor rooms and radiators, removed the old cylinder and attic water tank and reworked the 1st floor pipes where necessary for the new layout, then created and fitted a new bathroom as planned on the ground floor. As before, the quality of their work was excellent, I cannot recommend them enough. Our house is now warmer than it has ever been and heats up quickly and due to the reworking of the pipes, uniformly warm without any cold rooms or radiators. The water pressure in our (now) 3 bathrooms is also great and it's no issue at all to have two people showering whilst someone flushes the toilet and someone else uses the taps in the kitchen - no loss of pressure. So their work has made a great difference to us. I really didn't think plumbers got as good as this.

Excellent experience with Doug and his team (Cam and Molly!). Doug installed a new boiler for us in a new location. This was a complex job. Several other plumbers had balked. It was either too much effort or they knew they didn't have the skills but Doug delivered it expertly (the pipework is like a piece of art), no fuss, on time and for a good price. Excellence Plumbing and Gas recently replaced my 12 year old faulty boiler. They very quickly identified the faults with the old one and it was obviously beyond economic repair. They replaced it a few days later with a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000 with Easycontrol. They also replaced a couple of radiator valves. All done in about 3.5 hours. The communication with the office was first rate. The engineer was efficient, knowledgeable left the place clean and tidy. I can't rate them high enough.

We recently had work completed to lift and relay our shower base. The office were efficient in booking the work with an excellent understanding of the issue. The team arrived on site as arranged, equipped with everything they required to complete the job effectively, on schedule, without damage of shower screens and wall tiles. Consistently fantastic experience with this company. From a major heating upgrade to minor problems, they have always been efficient and responsive. Steve (along with our architect) helped us to make some complicated decisions about the system we need. (We have low pressure into an old house, multi level house so needed help thinking it through).
