I have found Bushby at their Biggin Hill office extremely easy to deal with unlike the previous company who failed to be in the least bit interested in replacing a solar panel inverter which they had originally installed themselves. Bushby, in contrast, took on the job and were very efficient, professional and friendly. From office staff (thank you Rosie & Lady) to the wonderfully hard-working engineer, I can't thank you enough.

I chose Dan and his team to replace my en suite shower, enclosure, tray and tiling. Reliable, punctual, considerate, courteous, tidy, hard working and helpful in every way. The installation was more involved than expected but with open communication and common sense, problems were resolved and the team went out of their way to make sure the work was completed within the time agreed. I totally trust CHP&H and I am a delighted customer.

Our boiler stopped working on the coldest day of the year, Dan came out to diagnose the problem and within a couple of hours was back and fixed the issue. Extremely happy and will definitely be using again

Dan and his team are fantastic. They recently completed a bathroom renovation for me, a complete strip out and start again. They handled the biggest parts of the job removing old suite, wast removal, boxing in pipes, casing plumbing into the walls and plastering. Their workmanship is impeccable and the finish is to a very high standard I couldn’t be happier. Dan, Andy and Will were all amazing, always came on time, and always kept me updated on costs and how the work was progressing, and for my first big renovation project they made the whole process very smooth. Cannot recommend highly enough if you’re looking for reliable, honest and professional plumbers.

I contacted Chislehurst Plumbing and Heating regarding my broken boiler. I was absolutely bowled over by the fantastic service I received and at a lower price than my normal plumbing company. I have used CPH a number of times in a private & landlord capacity (boiler replacement, emergency leak repair & sink tap replacement), and the last occasion on behalf our flat management company to repair a leaking mains pipe within a concrete floor. In every case Daniel and his team have been very responsive at short notice and have done an outstanding job at a very reasonable rate. I cannot rate them highly enough, they are a first class company.

Adrian saved my night. There was a broken pipe and water was flowing inside house. Did not get any help from agency, then found Adrian's contact from Google. As advertised they do respond 24/7. I spoke to Adrian and he helped out and fixed the issue. "NOT EVERY SUPERHERO WEARS A CAPE."

In desperation I contacted RJL in March because my boiler had broken down and tradesmen in my area couldn’t come out for a week. Even though a little out of my area they came out, recommended a new boiler, came back and fitted it along with 2 new radiators and all for a price that undercut a local company by £300. Very impressed and I highly recommend
