We’ve used Waterboy for a few different things now from fixing a leaky pipe to installing a new boiler. Communication is speedy, polite and clear. They are thorough and a debrief at the end to make sure we see what they’ve done and we’re ok with result etc. they even checked in a few days later to be sure no problems post service. Absolutely amazing service from Waterboy Plumbing & Heating. We called late on a Sunday afternoon due to a leaking boiler, Jim came round within 20 minutes to make it safe until the issue could be repaired. Highly recommend.
