Emails with a time slot, a reminder email and, on completion, an electronic document of the completed service. Also texts to check customer satisfaction. Firstly, I’ve given this firm a 5 star rating and would highly recommend due to these reasons. Outset: Read their superb reviews online and in particular mention of co-owner, Perry. Phone call into their professional call centre gave me immediate reassurance that they were professional and eager to solve my issue. I was informed that Perry was busy and I would be seeing instead their business partner, George. Expressing immediate concern I might get someone not as good, I was reassured that George was also excellent, although mentioned less on public reviews. (Shame on previous customers for not leaving more positive reviews) Issue: my Worcester combo boiler was playing up with intermittent hot water dropping off and showing a series of fault codes relating to the issue. (WINTER WITH BOILER ISSUES ARE NOT WORTH TAKING THE CHANCE!) Lead in: I was sent a number of realistic prompts via text message and emails explaining what to expect and managing my expectations for the day in advance of the service. Very professional for someone managing their busy diary. Day of Service: George turned up promptly with his new apprentice, Bradley. (Signs that the business is doing well!). First off, I was super impressed by both the gentleman who were respectful from the outset introducing themselves and removing shoes.George was polite and highly personable. In my experience of dealing with multiple tradesman over the years and myself coming from a background in the building trade, I couldn’t have wished for a more professional expert than George and found his mannerisms and conduct admirable in this day and age. Old school values and appeared truly honest in explaining everything and not pushing for need to replace etc. Job: thorough, taking time and precision to ensure everything was done, checked and put right. Post job: sent an invoice via email, which included a detailed diagnostic report to include future suggestions of things that may need to be looked at again in the future. All in all would have George back in an instance and would prompt anyone booking this firm to request his services personally. Merry Christmas H&G Solutions!

Graham fitted a new boiler for us at a very reasonable cost. He did a great job and we were very happy with the work done. Graham always replied promptly to any queries, was very knowledgeable and efficient and took the trouble to explain what he was doing as he went along. The job was completed quickly and everything was left very tidy. Graham and Robert were very friendly and pleasant and we would have no hesitation recommending Livingstone Dunn to anyone.

I would highly recommend Graham! He recently attended to balance our radiators and reconnect one that we had moved. Graham is so knowledgeable and friendly, and he took time to explain everything he was doing. He had to order a part and came back promptly to fit it. Graham is a genius! He’s worked on our house for over 10 years and in that time, he’s installed two underfloor heating systems, adapted our central heating, and regularly services our gas boiler. Due to the nature of the house renovation none of the jobs have been straightforward, but Graham’s ever positive manner, planning and attention to detail has ensured all systems work faultlessly. The quality of his work is exceptional and he goes the extra mile – such as hiding a manifold system inside a cavity wall (photo attached). His knowledge is huge and he has a genuine passion for what he does, offering honest advice and solving every problem you can throw at him. He is the consummate professional; friendly, trustworthy, efficient and just great to have around. In my opinion there are few like him, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

We've had Graham and co do work for us over 15 years in two houses we have lived in for a reason as he is fantastic and fair tradesman and heating engineer/plumber. Fantastic and professional plumber came and resolved a number of problems for us, some we didn't even know about! He diagnosed the problem knowing the water system of a house in detail and how everything is connected, this meant he could show us how a problem in the kitchen was related to a problem in the loft! Went and got all the parts then came straight back and fixed it! Saved us a lot of stress and potential worse problems further down the line! Many thanks! I am just moving to the area so don't know any local people or companies yet. After a gas engineer from another company had to cancel on me last minute, I called WTS in a bit of a panic and they were able to send me someone that same day, and at a reasonable price. Carl was professional and polite, and he showed up exactly on time. With pandemic measures in place (mask, gloves etc.) he still managed to be friendly as well as safe! One thing I would say is that there seems to be a problem with their phone system, in that the call was never able to connect when I was ringing them (not my phone, as I tested it with other numbers and it was working fine). But WTS were quick to ring me back and that connection always worked. Thank you for helping me out at the last minute. I will absolutely be calling WTS if I need their services again!

Fitted a new boiler for me in quick time, just as a cold spell hit. The engineer was excellent and because of where the boiler was being fitted hardly seen. Separately another man turned up to brick up the hole on the outside wall, and then the day after that the old boiler was removed. Couldn't fault the job.

Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend.

We had a problem with our downstairs lavatory which decided to stop flushing properly. I called Gary Palmer from Copthorne Plumbing & Heating who sent out one of his great team to help. Pipeline Plumbing Services gave us an excellent service. Josh promptly came and looked at or leaking tank and provided a quotation for the work in less than a day. The work was started and completed the same day by Tim and Josh2 the apprentice. They were a pleasure to have in our home and were through and very tidy. Shaun is hands down the most reliable, professional and hard working tradesmen I've ever met. We employed him to refurbish our whole bathroom and a separate cloakroom and we were impressed throughout the job. As a customer, you rely on the tradesmen's integrity and knowledge to guide you through problems and give you good advice. Shaun knows his stuff and this is evident in his work. Even when problems arise, for example we had to put our bath on a plinth to accommodate the grey water waste that couldn't be laid through the joists... obvious to Shaun but an oversight we had made. So he problem solved on the job and got it done without any questions. Further to this we've had Shaun back to fix our central heating that our previous plumbers had mucked up. He went above and beyond to find our problem, which wasn't easy, and solved it. Genuinely a good guy and happy to recommend to anyone who needs a professional and reliable plumber. Cheers Shaun!! Our heating packed up on Friday, just in time for the weekend! Charlie kindly squeezed us in on Friday afternoon, after a quick assessment of the situation he told us what was needed and that he'd get the new parts ASAP. Sure enough he was back first thing Monday and replaced the broken parts quickly and efficiently. Very happy indeed. Clear explanations of everything he was doing and advice on how to make the best out of our boiler/heating system etc. Nice chap and great service!

We had a central heating shut down. I try and use local services where possible and called Ashtead plumbing and heating. Charlie was very helpful and despite working all of Saturday, still found time to call by on his way home and diagnose the problem which was a faulty water pump. Two days later as promised on Monday morning The job was completed for less than he had estimated which was a bonus! Charlie was polite, friendly, and professional.
