Clear Plumbing has just fitted a new bathroom for me. Charlie was sensitive as to our requirements, working at the weekend while we were away to ensure the bathroom was fully operational when we got back. Charlie is very easy to work with, solutions-driven, and keeps the whole space as tidy as possible (covering stair carpets etc), and cleaning up very thoroughly at the end of the job. He was quick, efficient, reliable, collected items from Click & Collect, and ensured he was there to receive delivery of other items to make sure they weren't damaged. I'm delighted with the finished work - the bathroom looks really good and works perfectly. Would highly recommend.

Our experience of Charlie and the Clear Plumbing team was fantastic from start to finish. Throughout the design stage Charlie gave great advice and made the sourcing of the fixtures and fittings really easy. The installation was great, Charlie's team were professional, completed the job on time and to a very high standard. Charlie and his team did a fabulous job at fitting a whole new bathroom. From planning to the last day of the job the whole thing went seamlessly. Charlie and the team, always made sure we were happy with progress and tidied up at the end of each day's work. Between all of them they can do everything which means no other contractors needed to be brought in. They did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier with our bathroom. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

I could not be happier with the job Charlie and Daniel did in remodelling my bathroom and toilet. Their attention to detail and finish exceeded expectation. Charlie made the process incredibly easy from start to finish, lending advice for improvements and ensuring everything was done to the best standard. The house was kept spotless and having noticed a fault with the toilet seat, Charlie re-ordered it and came and fitted it a couple of weeks later. The job was finished quickly, without detracting from quality. Would recommend to anyone, a master of his craft.

Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Lee came to service our boiler as well as fix several toilet issues and our water pressure. Lee was able to carry out all works and fix all the issues we had. Absolutely fantastic service from Callum. Our boiler completely failed and he was out within 24 hours a new boiler was fully installed the day after that, as well as registering the parts for us. Callum installed a new bathroom suite and converted our plumbing to a pressurised system so we could get the tanks out of the loft and enjoy a better shower and water pressure. We are really delighted with the quality of work, communications, professionalism and price, which was more competitive than other quotes. Would highly recommend.

Our heating packed up on Friday, just in time for the weekend! Charlie kindly squeezed us in on Friday afternoon, after a quick assessment of the situation he told us what was needed and that he'd get the new parts ASAP. Sure enough he was back first thing Monday and replaced the broken parts quickly and efficiently. Very happy indeed. Clear explanations of everything he was doing and advice on how to make the best out of our boiler/heating system etc. Nice chap and great service!

Charlie was extremely responsive, coming out within an hour in the evening to look at a boiler fault that had stopped us from having heating or hot water. He diagnosed the problem, as well as ensuring we had a temporary solution for that evening. The next day he came back with a replacement for the faulty part and fixed it promptly. Great service, would use again definitely.

Andy came within 30minutes of the phone call on a Saturday to attend to a blocked sewage drain. I’m so glad I found him, because it was an emergency and the few people I tried would either only be able to attend more than 48 hours later or they made me feel like they were taking advantage of my situation and wanted to charge over the odds. Not only did Andy unblock the drain, but he sorted the issue out so that it wouldn’t happen again. I’m glad to now have his details saved in my phone, and glad I know have a “go to” guy when it comes to plumbing and drainage issues.
