Ashley was quick to respond and clear in his communication. He provided a competitive quote and gave me confidence that installing and relocating the radiators would not be a problem. He has now done the work and the radiators look great and heat the house evenly and the boiler has been serviced. Would definitely recommend him.
Ashley replaced 3 radiators and upgraded the central heating system filter in our home. He arrived on time, started work immediately, worked quietly and efficiently. We are absolutely delighted with his work. So much so that we asked him to come back the following week to install a new Hive Heating control system. We will definitely be asking Ashley to do further work for us in the future.
Ashley came out to us on two occasions. Once to service our boiler, he did it quickly, answered all questions and gave me advice to keep it running well.
The second visit was to fix water & heating issues we were having. He was on time, did a thorough job and all is working well now. Would recommend.
Ashley came to our home to install a gas connection for our range cooker earlier this year and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. We were so impressed we have since asked him to come back both to service our boiler and carry out further work on our hot water tank too.

Outstanding service! Our heating contract was with a larger operator who after condemning our boiler and telling us we would receive a priority service as we were without heating or hot water failed to respond. Ashley quoted on the Thursday and installed on the Saturday. Behind this he sourced the boiler, collected it from another part of London and arranged for another engineer to help him install in one day. Turned up 7.45am - both Ashley and his colleague Sean did a fantastic job, easy to speak to and discuss the install, tidy, clean and considerate. Absolute professional who goes above and beyond with service that I thought had long gone. He is now our go to, will never go back to the bigger companies.
