Riverside have just finished a project on our flat. It required a complete strip-down (to the brick) of all rooms, bathroom, toilet, plumbing, electricity, etc. Effectively they were rebuilding everything but the kitchen from scratch.

Alex was very thorough starting from understanding our needs, budgets, advising courteously when we were unsure. Once the quote and timings were agreed, Alex and his team worked well within the agreed schedule and often completed stages ahead of time. His subcontractors were at the same high level as Alex's team, and we continued to use some of them afterwards for other jobs.

The other great thing was the attention that Alex and his team put into protecting the common areas and being considerate towards neighbours.

We are very happy with the work Riverside did for us and how our flat came together. Importantly, it was great to have someone like Alex managing the project - reliably, to budget, and always with positive attitude.

He offers helpful suggestions for making the situation better. He explains things in a way that is easy to understand. He is prompt and easy to talk to.

This is the second time I’ve used Riverside Property Services & Construction, the first time was nearly 10 years ago for the same reason. Alex is always professional, courteous and efficient. He came to fit a new pump to a newly installed bath and noticed that the bath had not been fitted correctly and was leaking. He provided recommendations and was able to both fit the pump and fix the leak. This saved me a lot of time, money, and grief in the long run.
