The water pressure in my shower was very low. I had three plumbers on separate occasions to look at the problem who couldn’t ascertain what the problem was. Ross and Kieran have been servicing my gas boiler and doing small plumbing jobs for a few years and have always been prompt, tidy and professional. This year they replaced some radiators with which I was very happy, so when I wanted my bathroom replaced they were my first choice. The work was done whilst I was on holiday and Ross kept me updated so I was confident through out that the result would be exactly what I wanted and that my home security was in good hands too. I was thrilled with the results. Ross gave me good advice on different options and project managed it brilliantly. He and Kieran went the extra mile to finish on time / cleanly and with a really excellent spec on all aspects of the installation. I would highly recommend this company.

Nick recently fitted my new boiler, radiators, bathroom suite and also laid new solid wooden flooring. Nick is a swiss army knife - he's an excellent plumber, a master carpenter (He has a real eye for the small details) and a really nice bloke. He really knows his stuff and not only thinks about what he's doing on the job in hand but also the future consequences of any decisions that are being made. He discusses and explains options clearly to agree what needs to be done next together. What I was quoted was exactly what I paid and the work was done in the time agreed. If I was pushed to find a fault I'd say he's busy (Because he's good!) so can be hard to initially lock down for bigger jobs. Once the work is locked in tho - you'll be in very safe hands! I wouldn't hesitate recommending Nick to anyone that's looking for high quality work and fair / reasonable prices. 100% worth waiting an extra week or two.

Niall came highly recommended, from start to finish he was polite and professional. He kept in regular contact in regards to appointment times and even called on the day to let us know he was on his way. On the day itself Niall turned up and was able to diagnose the problem but didn't just leave, he waited to ensure everything was working correctly and explained everything to us and recommended some improvements. He followed up the next days to make sure everything was ok. We were extremely satisfied with the service and would defiantly use Niall again and would recommend him to anyone who was in need of a plumber

Niall was superb. He came out the same day, on a Saturday, sorted the rather complicated problem and got our heating and hot water on again. We are so grateful. He is also an exceptionally nice person and will use him again.

Dipesh is very friendly, professional and flexible. I got a water leak from my kitchen ceiling and Dipesh was able to trace down the leak to the bathroom's underfloor pipe up stair within an hour. He also managed to fix it quickly and explained to me the step-by-step during his work. I would definitely use his service again for any plumbing work in my house in future.

I used Plumber Dipesh to change my cylinder due to rusty hot water. Since the job completed, I've had no more issues with hot water.
