Absolutely fantastic - we needed a plumber for an emergency call out and Tom was with us within an hour. He was so efficient and professional; explaining the issue and how he would address it. We were so impressed with the high level of service from Bromley Plumbers and would highly recommend.
Bromley Plumbers Ltd are excellent and professional. Following a bathroom leak, I decided to have my shower unit replaced as well as a new shower pump installed and new vinyl flooring. The whole works were professionally carried out to a very high standard. The team are very friendly, will discuss options with you and always turn up when they say they will.
Prompt and effective service. Bromley Plumbers responded quickly to my request for a quote for an urgent repair, clarified relevant points promptly and arranged a suitable date for the work. Tom completed the work well, despite an unforeseen complication, with no payment requested until the work was tested. I was so impressed I asked for a quote for another project, which has also now been well executed. I would recommend them.
Jack and Tom were fantastic in accommodating me last second. In particular, Tom solved a massive water pressure issue that I had for months saving me over £1600. They were professional, friendly and excellent to deal with. I couldn’t give them more praise. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing issue or needs anything fitting!
